Perhaps you've already noticed, but my name is Nick Zijlstra. I am a student living in Amsterdam and currently studying Communication and Multimedia Design at the Academy of Amsterdam. Camera / EditingONZO - This is a short promo clip I shot with my team members. Our assignment was to create an application that would benefit the area we were given, in our case Amsterdam Zuidoost. Part of the assignment was to make a short movie promoting your concept, this is the result. I was responsible for filming, editing and directing.

Our concept was to show people that with the right editing skills you can create a story where almost anything is possible. Students in Motion - During a school project with multiple educations we, a group of four people, had the assignment to create a short clip that would a connection at the Museumsquare in Amsterdam. Our clip won! It was shown for a week on plasma screens in the public transportation of Amsterdam. I was responsible for part of the filming and all of the editing.
Interface
STEVEN SPIELBERG - During a schoolsubject called "Design for interaction" the assignment was to create a social search engine. I decided to make a collection of Steven his work and design an interface around it. This was the result!
